We have been using H&R Block (Tax Cut) software since 2000 to do our taxes. It has always been easy to use. One little issue we had doing our 2024 taxes was with the uploading of pdf versions of our W2s. They were all uploaded incorrectly, regardless of the employer company. We eventually captured the W2s manually, which was not a big deal.

Similar to Turbo Tax other than it did not have the local forms included. Had to go to the Local City Website to grab those forms and of course fill everything out vs. TurboTax that auto populates the City form. Outside of that worked well.

Its okay. Most of the interviews are fairly simple and figure out, but some, like capital gains or dividends get confusing and difficult to find answers 🤔.
I've been using it for past 25 years and never tried their competitors products so I don't really have anything to complain about it.
