I have been a long time user of this tax software. It works well for my needs. What I don't like is the filing fee for state taxes after buying Deluxe + State. Filing fee for state taxes should be included.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Been using for years. Had that issue in 2024 where it wouldn't e-file correctly but been good every other year. Importing previous year return and data is great to speed stuff up. Also can connect to brokerage and financial websites to import your tax form data automatically too. That's great with stock trades etc.

I haven't tried any other tax software so I can't really make a comparison. Being able to access the full form was useful this year in resolving some questions I was having.
