Excellent software for my individual tax returns

I have been using HR Block tax software for 20 years and it has been adequate for almost every year's taxes. The interview process is straight forward for almost everything and I have received responsive support when I needed help. Improvements over the years has made using it easier, especially for state taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Satisfactory program but could use improvements. The entry of royalties needs to be made easier. Also all payer information needs to carry over when importing prior year return.
