Everything came together well. I wish there was a way to deal with Michigan. The requirement to e-file with a charge is a hidden tax that is unfair in many ways. It would also be handy if a tool could project required withholding based on newly filed return, rather than estimate for a WAG.

I did have some difficulties using the program. Had to call for help 3 times.
Also, there was a mistake on my state taxes that the program did...I just transferred information from federal to state. The state caught the error and my refund was lower that you said it would be.

I have been using this product for over 5 years now. It has always made the chore of doing taxes easier. Not sure if it is catching all that I can deduct but overall I like using this product. I have never had a return challenged for review by the IRS so that is always good to know.

I've used H&R Block tax software for many years (except last year when I had sold a house and had complicated capital gains calculations). Overall I like the package, which is why I've stuck to them for such a long time.
That being said, there is always room for improvement. I sometimes find the software awkward to maneuver to specific spots and can be a bit clumsy to get about. But nothing that prevented me from continuing to use it.
