I have been using the H&R Block Deluxe program to calculate my taxes for over 10yrs. The software is easy to use and imports all of my financial statements directly into the software. It also included free electronic fillings on 5 returns. The software is user friendly and easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Usually easy to use...

Biggest complaint is failure to scroll down thought the questions, thinking the last question was the one on the bottom of the screen. Also, beware of importing files more than once. Open the forms and review data. It may be there twice. Sometimes there is still the IRS jargon, and you have to read it twice (or more) to understand.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used H & R Block for years. This year I had a little trouble because it wanted my husband and I to fill out the SSA form because we're over 62. We don't receive Social security yet and had trouble deleting the form.
