Verified Purchase:Yes
Still has problems with clarity of instructions and easy of finding specific places where information exists or changes need to be made. Tax code is very complicated so it must be difficult to construct perfect tool. In past years I had trouble convincing H&R that their software had flaws in the Idaho return. I feel that I was not taken seriously although the errors were finally fixed at the last minute (not for me, but in a final update.)
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

We'll be switching to turbo tax as Morgan chase private client is NOT supported for importing. Sad I'll have to change after 20 years
