I have been a customer since 2006. I am mostly happy with your product, but this year I contacted a rep to get some help and all they did was point me back to the software to get the answers I needed. I expected more. I did finally resolve my issues, but not due to anyone I spoke with at the local office. I will keep using your product, as it is the best out there, as long as you are doing very simple taxes.
