HAD VERY LITTLE PROBLEM USING THIS SOFTWARE. WILL BUY AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Horrible and glitchy

Hard to use, did not like the state software at all, software charged me twice for filing my state obviously poor software validation before releasing
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes an unpleasant task bearable

I needed a little practice to understand the program, but after three tries I succeeded. I will use it again next year and would recommend it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Biggest issue was complete lack of capability for foreign pension income. The program insisted on having a TIN even though foreign entity does not provide one and I selected the non-standard 1099R (last option). Last year's Taxact handled it much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
