Not difficult to use. Had some difficulty with skipping sections but this may be related to my computer. Also had mild difficulty getting program to load. It wanted to update but would freeze screen until I did a hard reboot.

Links directly to IRS resources, asks very good questions, seamless functionality. Page format is not always easy to read and requires scrolling. Does not explain many of its decisions/rulings on eligibility of deductions and credits. First time user and I may be back.
