A March update caused a $14 difference on my federal return, now i need to file an amended federal and two amended sate returns. Some of the forms do not print the last line of information and after 1 and 1/2 hours on hild and on a call the help desk could not correct the issue on VA sate forms ( Fed and WV state forms printed correctly)/
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Tax Software

This is the best tax software that I have used and the price was great for the features.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Just got through filling my Fed return and I found it fairly simple to use.

I have used this product for the last few years and am satisfied with it. In general, it is a good value and covers most of my needs very well.
However the handling of K-1's (Limited Partnerships) and IRS Form 1116 (Foreign Dividend Tax Credit) was not straight forward and could stand some improving. I am unsure if the K-1 fields were transposed properly and completing Form 1116 was complicated.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did the taxes for my mother-in-law but could not enter my name in the form at the "preparer name since it would not allow me to efile if I did. I just put in my name as the 3rd party contact. Otherwise, very clean and quick!
