Pretty easy to use and follow. If I could suggest any improvements, I would love to see page numbers on each screen of the interview so that if you have to jump backwards and forwards to look at something or modify something you have a reference to where you were. Also more information in the notes on the WHY for things would always be helpful in understanding why the question is being asked.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install. Overall easy to complete. Had a little trouble with 1099-Misc as I lost my paper copy and the software told me I has 2 things to check which were highlighted but didn't tell me why I needed to check them. They were the amount I reported as other income, and a zero amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I’ve been using H&R block software for years and never had any issues. For some reason 2024 had so many issues, very disappointed .
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

This is the first year I had issues with the software, the issue was with the energy credit being carried forward which gave me errors but would not let me fix them, I revisited the topic when it would not let me input the edit answer - it wanted the improvement address which was the same as the filing address. Finally restarted program and revisited the topic again to fix.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

too many bugs in it, leads you one way only to later back track to fix what you did earlier. The Fed form will NOT print correctly, 1/4 of the page on the right side is black (that's where the numbers are) I tried everything to get it to work, then I printed my state forms and they were perfect, so it's not my printer, but your software
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

intial program must of been corrupted, causing it

updates did not intsall, efile kept asking for update & after several updates, and did not transfer file to IRS, i had to unstiall program from hard drive, and download new file. which did resolve the issue
