The Deluxe version of the software fulfills my current tax reporting needs.The only issue I have is the combined cost of the Federal and State program knowing that there is a FREE Federal program online. For someone that is retired and on a fixed income it can be a bit costly.

I had to call your CS people and finally they emailed me new links. I love your actual program and it works very well for me. But the download problems are so severe that next year I

We purchased the deluxe version that contains the state software. Then we had to pay more to submit our state return electronically. Everything is moving to electronic submission. Sounds like you don’t value your customers. Just keep charging them miscellaneous fees, until they leave.

I've used the program for many years and am generally pleased with the results. However, I am disappointed in the instructions for K-1's. In particular, the instructions for code Z are inadequate. Please, make the necessary improvements.

The only major improvement you can make is to have a separate vertical column showing last year’s figures so you can compare with the current year’s figures and it also helps your customer in case they have forgotten an item.
