Always easy to use!

Once again, I got the Disk in the mail, & was glad to use it. It's so easy & accurate to complete, that I also use it for my 2 grown kids to do their Returns, with ease!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Very good but

Everything worked fine but the Fed payment voucher.
Filing out the forms was easy and strait forward. I had no problems completing the Fed and Sate 1040 forms.
But, the Fed payment voucher took a bit of finagling to get it printed out properly. When I printed it out from the HR Block program, the code on the bottom of the page was cut in half. It could not be read.
So, I had to print the voucher to a PDF file, and then use the PDF program to print out the voucher.
The same thing happened last year.

Erroe made in transferring correct AGI

I have used your program for years and found it satisfactory.
This time however, you transferred the wrong AGI amount and caused my return to fail.

Go with Deluxe Software not the store bought

Their software is so easy to follow & FINALLY if you have a question or need help, there is someone available to work with you.The reps were also very patient.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Easy to Negotiate

I have been using your service for at least 10 years and have never been disappointed. The questions that are asked always follow logically and direct the return to the proper areas of inquiry. I hate doing taxes, and this program makes the process as simple as possible. Besides, I always save at least $120 by doing my own work and I don't have to scrape all the tax documents up to take to some office somewhere. You always remind me by sending the program early.

Very helpful with the automated submission process. Sometimes expect more information in financial entries. HRB should compete better in the marketplace. Most stores carry only the other tax software. I continue with HRB for the available support and software familiarity.

I was done so fast it took the sting out of doing my taxes. I use the software every year which makes it simple to import the basics and answer a few questions.
