I had no issue with the program, itself, but I had a question that I needed to ask and phoned the help line. The first person I had seemed to have no clue what she was doing. She was also making strange noises on the other end. It was weird, to say the least. I asked her multiple times to speak with her supervisor, since she seemed confused as to how to resolve my problem. She kept saying that she would put a supervisor on, but never did. We ended up completing our taxes but, sadly, not because of any help that this lady provided.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
