I have used H&R Block Deluxe software for 16 years now. It is excellent software, accurate, and great support. I would recommend this to all with no reserve.

This product still has the same issue that I brought up in the 2023 software. When you are prepared to file your taxes, an IRS IP PIN is required. At no point in the automated (wizard) input of data does the process ask for your IRS IP PIN. If you don't know to input on the form, your submission will be declined. I brought this up last year and the issue still hasn't been fixed. When I call your support team this week, I gave the specialist the case number from last ear (19986715) and there has been no action to resolve the issue. You need to get a better process in place to address these irritating issues. It should be a very simple fix.

For the last 3 years I have had trouble getting my returns transmitted to the irs and state. I always have to take down my firewall! The previous 8 years using HRBlock at home no problems. Some good features I like the sidebar on the left telling how to get more information on the page I’m on.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

The use of your program seems to have worked fine but I sent my check to IRS Charlotte as indicated on March 19 by Certified Mail, Tracking and requiring a Return Receipt. As of today March 27, USPS Tracking is showing that it has not reached its destination after 8 days. Is there any help you can provide)
