Got the program expecting to be able to at least import investment data from Wells Fargo but found out hr doesn’t import from them. Almost had to hire an accountant for that portion. Not comfortable what I submitted is accurate. First time ever feeling that way.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The app is not user friendly like it used to be. And now information is sent to a third party vendor???? Time to find another tax software for next year. Had a problem with entering medicare numbers and went to chat and they were not helpful at all. And what was really bad was that I sent in my tax info so they could help out only to find that this tax info probably went to a 3rd party vendor.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
