Great program and easy to use. Took less than one hour to complete my returns (Federal & State). Easy to download and install. Have been using the program for many years. I will continue to use the HR Block program yearly. I don't even consider other tax program options.

I've used H&R Block for several years now. It is easy to use and does a good job. My recommendation is that tax software should be revamped. It should allow users to input information by form type; the software should then ask for other information; ask clarifying questions and then produce a draft return to review.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Senior citizens should not be charged for this service. I did not owe any taxes and was not getting a refund. But I had to pay anyway. Will not use this service again.
