Prepares the return fine, reports not correct

Prepared my return without any trouble. But, after the return was finished the comparison report for this year vs last year is not working correctly.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very straight forward questions. Simply answer the question, fill in the information. You receive simple, easy to understand answers to any questions about a topic. Could not be much easier.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

REDUNDANT IN TERMS OF INFO TO BE ENTERED. CHARGED ME TO FILE FEDERAL ALTHOUGH I HADN'T USED ANY OF MY SO CALLED FREE FILINGS

Easy to use but PRICEY Extra states and ERRORS

I've used HRB for over 25 years and like it "better" than TurboTax BUT, there are MAJOR issues that they need to resolve to highly recommend it. They are:
Pricey State modules after the first. Many taxpayers have to file 2 state returns (work in PA and Live in NJ or Work in NY and live in NJ. The extra state software often costs as much as the original Fed and State package.

They eliminated the report that printed out comparison of current and prior year. This was helpful to find errors. Not sure why it was eliminated
For TWO years in a row the filing due dates for the Pennsylvania Estimated returns were wrong. In 2016 PA-ES they used 2015 dates and for 2017 PA est. they used 2016 dates.
For 2016 1040-X the PTIN # for tax preparers was printed in the WRONG space.
It's just sloppy and these errors should have been caught. I would like to LOVE this software but I can't (as of now)

Not easy and intuitive

Not easy to navigate, not intuitive, a pain to print and retrieve files, ended up paying more taxes.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

Ease of Tax Preparation

I like the fact that its easy to install, export previous year tax information, and the interview is helpful. Very easy and quick process.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
