Other than an issue with a 1099-MISC I had trouble finding, it all went very well and was quite easy to walk through, step by step.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Still Easy to Use

I've been a user of H&R Block's downloadable software program for several years. I like the downloadable version as it allows me to also do my mother's tax return with the additional free e-files. This year's program is still easy to use and informative.
