Verified Purchase:Yes
The software should not allow you to electronically file the state return until the Federal return is accepted. I submitted both the Federal and the State at the same time. The IP pin was wrong, and I had to correct it. Then I had to pay a second time to file the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I was totally happy with the software...until I had to print out 1 extra copy of the 1040. Your print cycle ONLY lets you print 1040, and 3 schedules. So after printing out 9 pages for the 2-3 I wanted I was done. WHY BUNDLE 1040 AND ALL THE SCHEDULES INTO ONE PRINT JOB?????? STOP IT! Other than that everything was fine.

I’ve used this program for at least 20 years. This is first time I had trouble diwnloading it. I’ve managed to use it but the returns I’ve done aren’t showing up where they shoukd. I called support but didn’t solve issue.
