I have been using your tax software for many years now and I will continue using it. I find it easy to use, accurate and concise. Completing my taxes is very easy. The software imports pertinent data from the previous year return, and guides you through the process.

The software wouldn't let me e-file the state. I had to print it and mail it via snail mail. Updates gave me an error message every time I tried to update. The help desk couldn't solve the problem.

I have purchased H&R Block Tax Software for many years not and am generally happy with it. But there is one feature that needs to be added. I import data from Fidelity, and one managed account has a lot of short and long term stock transactions reported under the 1099-B. This year there were 691 of them! It took me 4 hours of clicking and scrolling to "verify" each entry. There needs to be a way to "verify" them as a group.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
