I've been using this software for many years. It is a very easy program to follow and use. I love the checker at the end. The ease at been able to file electronically is a big plus. I filed my taxes about a week ago, and I received a notification that my refund would be deposited today (03/19).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Although I gave this 4 stars ... some parts of this program need improvement and deserve 1 to 2 stars. Navigation inside the program, such as going back to a line item directly, is more difficult than it should be. If I just opened a program and want to find my adjusted gross income it should be easy but it is not.

Consistent Software on Layout But Lacking Greater

I'm a longtime user of this software and by in-large it is a very good software however, being retired for 6+ years I see where it would be great if this software offered video tutorials throughout the section on 401K, IRA's, etc. that broke down offered reminders on tax filing for these areas. Simply "hoping" you understand the question being posed to the User is stressful. Consider "leading" the market as to each generations needs.

Cons: Hard to prepare
