1. When, in frustration at IRS rejecting my e-file, I chose to print and mail my return. On the COVER PAGE when it listed the forms I needed to attach to the front of the first page, the 1099-R forms listed started with 2nd..... The first attachment was OMITTED.
2. It would have helped to have some reference to where on the IRS transcript to look for the AGI.

Easy to use and thorough

I am retired and thought my taxes would be simple this year. I still bought H&R block and I am glad I did. Every aspect of health insurance, income, and Medicare was covered. The process was clear and easy to follow.

Had a few problems that I didn't have in the past, but got through them with Help Central. Great value and it beats going to your store fronts.

I liked how the program worked for the most part. But it was confusing when I had to report an over contribution of $115 that I paid into my HSA account. The program had two sections where this was asked about. In the second section, it was lumped in with retirement account distributions. The program kept asking me if I received the minimum distribution from my retirement account, when I had received no retirement account distributions. In future editions of the software, I think HSA's should be handled completely separately from retirement account distributions. I did receive a refund for the $115 HSA overage, but I was still concerned that the program was recording the overage.

This is the 4th or 5th year I have used this version and it gets better all the time. It downloaded my investment information and filled out the necessary forms I had. Some new stuff and was a little worried on how to handle the transactions but it was a breeze to this great program.
