This year the interview method was buggy. It skipped over a few big items & I had to go to the right form or worksheet & manually enter some entries. Mainly Schedule A. Didn't have enough to file long form for Fed., but KS long form saves me money. Help is not so helpful.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

There seems to be a problem that occurs when attempting to print the Wisconsin state forms. The program will print only a portion of the forms required.

The software is good. The problem I’ve had in the last two years is once you purchased the software, finding the correct website to download the software is terrible. The website where it tells you to go is not the correct one, and it is very frustrating.
