This is the 10th year I have been using H&R Block software to do my income taxes. It has always been easy to use and rarely do I have to go to one of the IRS forms to directly enter information. As long as they keep the software as dependable and affordable as it has been up to now, I will remain a customer.

Easy to use software, only problem I had was the state program would not download. The good news is the H&R Block help desk was fast on answering the phone and they helped me download the program.

A great improvement from last year's software!

H&R Block's competitor still has the best step-by-step instructions but is much too expensive. However, H&R Block has made great strides in improving their Deluxe Federal and State 2024 program.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Easier than turbo tax.But some things were a bit problematic. I had to redo my tax five times to get it right. At one point my refund was over 300000 and that was not right.
