I have been using this product for many years. There were several changes that were confusing to me. For example, even though I am of age, I do not receive Social Security income. Quit asking to list my Social Security income. The RMD I took was the one required under the rules. What is all that about under and over amounts? Is the IRS making this more complicated than necessary?

Good App, but had a couple of glitches this year.

I've been using this app for several years and have been very satisfied with its performance. But, this year I had some difficulties. First, getting my tax statement downloaded from Merrill Lynch was never completed. I had to manually enter my transactions. Second, the app wouldn't let me move forward with filing until I completed the entire Form 8382 for non-cash charitible donations, but the review function only highlighted the box for the date of the donation and the instructions were very unclear. After many frustrating attempts, I finally got it completed to the app's satisfaction and was able to complete the federal & state e-filings.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
