I have been using this product since tax year 2011, and would not ever consider changing. The program guides you through these complicated forms in a quick and easy to understand process.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

had to keep re-installing the MD state program which was included in the software...took 2hours to finally get it to install....Then took several times to efile my federal; message was that federal needed to be updated prior to submission!! i updated with i first downloaded the program!! very frustrating and time consuming. Also, the screen kept jumping! Not sure what is going on. I prefer when i could purchase on a CD or Flash drive.. Please do a better job working out bugs next year.

A LOT simpler than trying to figure out all the forms on my own. Interview type of data entry is pretty easy to follow (although the long lists of questions can let you miss some critical entries, for example, the IP Pin is one I've missed two years in a row!).
Pros: Easy to prepare

Experienced download issues from the start. Issue on completing filing. Schedule D amounts were incorrect. (double amounts) Had to start from the beginning.
