Great product. But it’s the last year I’ll be able to use it as I have changed to using a Chrome Book which is not supported.

After many years of using H&R Block Deluxe Tax Software, the 2024 version was a terrible difficult mess. I spent hours on the phone with your support persons, had to purchase the State and apply for a refund. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this product for several years now and like it. I only have one or two issues where I had to dig to figure things out. I had a little difficulty figuring out Required Minimum Distributions, but overall a big plus!!

It was ok I thought I purchased what I used last year but I chose the wrong thing. Last year I used HRBlock Online which seemed more user friendly and was able to get all my previous year’s information, whereas this one did not. I also did not like that I had to pay to while the state. Wished it was all inclusive like the one I used last year.
