Been using this for many years, and no improvements to the feedback have shared previously. In fact, this year, the inability to download PDF 1099-R forms and connect to my financial institution for automatic download proved a major setback. I still found myself having to reboot my Mac every time a program update was available from IRS as well and the installer update just quits and does not finish the install (without having to reboot the machine of course).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and found it a little different for their 2023 I used. It was fine and I had only one problem which was my mistake.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I had hoped you fixed the "print the 1040 and you get it with SCHEDULES 1, 2, AND 3 whether you need the schedules or not. This problem has caused me to waste much ink, paper, and time for no reason. Let me know if you fix it I will try a different vendor next year
