Very easy to use. But ours is a simple return. I don't understand why i have to input my info to download the program, and then have to put in the same info to register! Just a small thing but it's annoying.

The product is adequate. I just finished filing my federal tax return and encountered 2 bugs that I had to do an "end run" around to prevent inaccurate filings. One was HRB demanding an appraiser's sign-off on donated household goods (fixed by deleting and re-entering my donation data) and the other was an excess accumulation penalty that I corrected by manually overriding an entry on form 5329.
