All in all, I'm a huge fan, but the upgrades this year seemed slow in coming, preventing me to file as early as the feds and my state had already opened and allowed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Would be 5 stars if the software actually was up to date. Need to input my 6 digit pin from irs and support had no clue how to do it. Can’t file return without it. Finally figured out how to do it myself after 2 hrs
Cons: Hard to prepare

Used it in the past so it is just easier to keep using it. Nothing special. Not like I ever get a refund. With the way things are nowadays, the whole program is just a data collector to fill out a standard 1040.
