I am very unhappy with this product. encountered 2 software issues. One was fixed, one was not. I am still unable to download the NM state return. Software will not accept credit/debit cards for payment. One of your customer svc people sent a updated NM download to fix the issue but the download expired before I could use it. The problem was not fixed. I will mail the return via the post office since your software doesn't work.

Good software, I DID notice the price increase. The website could stand some improvement, specifically if you're looking for the Federal Only tax software because you live in a state with no state income tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The software works fine if and when you can get it to load properly. for 4 years in a row now I have had to call Software support to get the State tax software that supposedly is part of the Deluxe Federal+State program to load. They always have to send me a separate link. The software will also not update whenever one is available unless you reboot your computer. Why? Also signing up for Auto Renewal is meaningless as I have to call to remind you that I signed up for it and then download and purchase the software on my own.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Satisfied with completing my taxes, but disappointed in final result, with differing amounts, and confusing penalties. Even now after submitting my tax payment, the final amount is less than I paid.
