I have used this software for several years. One comment is that I wish there were a more detailed definition of the differences between the basic, deluxe, etc. types. It is hard to tell what I actually need vs. "nice to have".
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Fast refund, but I am not giving 5 stars because you do not read PDFs of tax forms very well. If I have to type it all in myself, then why use the reader?
