Normally I would given 5 stars but your s/w had a problem and scared the - - - - out of me when my online tax return was rejected multiple times. But fortunately your telephone live support helped by re downloading the software to correct the problem.

This year is more difficult than the last, which was itself more difficult than the year before. "Difficult" means more counter-intuitive and less well defined at each step. I must think that your company retired a lot of prior year experts and hired on a lot of Whiz-Dummies who grew up on cell phones and can't structure software for anyone over age 20. I am over age 20 and I will not be using your software again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the same product for the last 10 years and was disappointed this time when I could not e-file my state as I had paid for. there was an error that was not fixable that stopped me form filing electronically.
