As usual, the product performed flawlessly. Being cheap old people, we thought we'd use the free services through the IRS. What a mistake!! Finally caved and bought the program we've been using for 20 years, and POOF!! Took me 15 minutes from opening the file to sending in the return. I promise to stray no more!!

PDF download from brokage house did NOT work.

I've used this software for years. This year the software was unable to download from Vanguard Brokage. I had to manually enter all the information. I spent hours with support and they ended up telling me to reboot. I'm concerned about accuracy and time and effort wasted.
