I use H & R online most every year and like the product and convience. Also like the assistance if needed and knowing I have help if audited.

I've used H&R Block Deluxe software for many years.
I have tried two different brands of tax software and have gone back to H&R Block from now on.
It is reasonably priced and easy to use.

Better than TurboTax

I've been using H&R Block software for a few years now and I prefer it over Turbotax. I had one issue that frustrated me this year, however. Somehow my 2017 AGI was recorded incorrectly and trying to change that was not easy because the The instructions were wrong, telling me to go to Line 37 of my 1040 return to change it, but there was NO Line 37. I finally found the place to change it on my own after scrolling through the entire return and it was actually on a worksheet instead. Still better than TurboTax, though!
