The only issue i had was efiling both Federal & State at the same time. My first federal submission was rejected because i didn't include my IRS pin number. I had to go to back in and enter my pin. I didn't realize that when i submitted my federal again it also submitted my state again and charged my credit card again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Because the federal was fair it got 2 stars if it was based on State it would of been zero. Once my state return was rejected I went back corrected the errors I needed to unattached the pdf file and reattach the correct one this was impossible to do called the help line and they couldn't even figure out how so I had to print and file. In the directions it also did not give clear directions on order of documents when you mail them. I have used turbo tax for the last probably 8 years and can't say I'm sold on your software needs improvement on the phone for 40 minutes and they can't even tell me and just say oh it must be a glitch? No not cool

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block's software for a long time. Like the interface and the ease of use. Only problem I had this year was my IRS IP Pin number wasn't what I thought it was. The software informed me that the pin wasn't accepted but did not tell me how to rectify it. I had to google it and go to the IRS website and search for the answer there. I was directed to ID my self and sign in to my account to recover this vital number, it would have been helpful if the soft ware could have told me how to do this.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
