Good software although imports could be more complete. Why can’t I get my W2 from a large provider? Why do we have to import at all - just let us log into our tax account, see everything that was reported to the IRS directly and click OK?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The program has bugs in it. I filled out the entire return, then had accuracy review flag a problem that was unrelated to anything I entered. I couldn't clear it without restarting the entire return, with the exact same information, only to have two totally different errors flagged, also absolutely unrelated to anything in my return ( one error wanted the date of a Roth IRA I don't even have). When I also couldn't figure out what it wanted or what it thought was wrong, I hit review and it passed. I have very low confidence in your program this year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
