Navigation and the tax interview process was good. The app fell short with regard to help topics and support. I had some energy efficiency credits to claim as well as Inherited IRA RMD tax law changes to clarify. These issues were not addressed adequately. I had to go to IRS documentation and dig very deep to get the answers I needed.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using the H&R software for decades, well before it was bought by Block. I've never been audited and have always got the maximum refund. Why in heaven's name would I want to use software provided by the IRS? Looks like the fox guarding the henhouse!
