I like the program, but it as problem's in Apple computers. It doesn’t update automatically and takes a long time to load. I wish this can be fixed next year!

So, I have been using H&R Block tax software for more than 10 years. The questions are usually straight forward. There are help files to clear any issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I am still waiting to find out if my return will be accepted! I downloaded the software and prepared my return immediately. As I went to transmit my return, I got a message stating the software needed to be updated! And then I got an error message that I had already sent my return so it rejected my return! This is ridiculous, and at this time, I am not even sure if my return is being processed. I have NEVER had this issue before.

The federal part was awesome however the state of Arizona part lacked form 410 so I could not file electronically I was made to file via mail. Disappointed to say the least...
