You have an error in RMD calculation. When entering that we did indeed take the correct amount out of an IRA your software calculated the 25% penalty for not taking distribution. I then answered all the interview questions exactly the same way on TurboTax and no penalty was added. Needless to say I’m using TurboTax going forward
