Easy to Use!

User of software for MANY years. Federal went well. Nebraska return had a hitch in the Local Sales Tax. Lincoln changed rate in middle of year. Dropdown showed the two rates, but there was no place to enter two different amounts. Just paid the higher rate and moved on. This needs to be fixed for 2020.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I have been using H&R Block for the past 5 years. I used TurboTax prior to that. H&R Block tax software is just as good but better priced.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using Block for the last three years after using Turbo Tax. Lower price, easier to follow.

Have used HR Block 3 years. Each year there is something that should be explained by HR Block but isn't. Just moving around is not simple.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I wish that when using the forms and you are having a problem with an entry, you could click on the entry and it would take you to the form that produced the entry.
