I have used TaxCut & H&R Block tax software exclusively since the mid-90's. No issues of concern in 30 years of usage.

I tried to efile (a couple of times) but both attempts were rejected by federal but the software still charges me the state filing fees! It is ridiculous the software does not tell me beforehand that efile will fail in my situation so I don’t waste money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
