Good except the program doesn’t allow for multiple mortgage statement on same loan due to a home loan being sold.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It gets the job done, but there don't seem to be any improvements year over year. It's the same software for a new tax year. Maybe next year will be when AI gets added and instead of popping up a help dialog box which may or may not be helpful, you can ask a question and get a relevant answer.

My returns didn’t go through twice, I suspect a glitch with the CRP. I did not get my free state submittal. I paid twice to submit and got rejected twice and the fees are pending.
