I have been using H&R Block software for over 10 yrs. It is easy to install, use (walks you through most normal senarios). E-Filing is included in the cost of the program. hopefully I will never have to use the free audit support!

I have been using H&R Block software for many years, it has improved each. Things I would like to suggest:
a. Make the type size adjustable ( for us that have poor vision.) b. section on RMDs needs better information and research, especially for couples. Needed to insure you are filing correctly.

Easy to use but troubles with state filing.

Federal return worked fine but double charged for electronic filing of state returns that didnt work. Filed by mail. Promised credits that never came.
