As usual it does the job, but this year's version was not nearly as easy to do. Some of the changes you made make it confusing and your support is useless as they don't see what you see

I am pleased with the features, particularly importing 1099s. One criticism is the ambiguity of capital loss entries -- should these be entered as positive or negative numbers?

Too many problems with the software. Too many problems, sending it off to the government when we were all finished.

Last year was easy peasy. this year nothing but a HUGE HEADACHE starting with just trying to download the software. Total Lemon

I had several failed attempts to e file my return asking for my AGI and declined regarding wrong entry although the entry was correct I have used this software for years although this year I was disappointed and frustrated

I like the ease, except, I paid the penalty of taking out my rmd on January 4 of this year, five days late. I paid in on my 2023 taxes. Yet this years return was very complicated, dealing in language I did not understand about the rmd. I still managed to plowed through. Maybe you can look over what happens when someone pays the penalty in the year it is incurred.
