Generally, easy to navigate, but there are problems with the software in the accuracy checker and the State software package (Wisconsin). The accuracy checker was in a loop, check the error, correct the error, hit next and the accuracy checker says the error still exists. Go back to correct the error which is corrected and the accuracy checker says there is still an error. Wisconsin income may not be accurate. Wisconsin doesn't tax social security, I am not sure that my SS income was deducted.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Very easy to use! Only problem is having to pay for the electronic submission of state return... pushing the profit margin a bit much, should be included. My neighborhood tax consultant is barely more expensive than purchasing this s/w and state submission combined!
