Real garbage for Maryland taxpayers

Over the years H&R Block has not known how to compute the two earner income deduction for the Maryland return, and they still do not. Also the program is not easy to correct this issue,
. Will someone tell the H&R Block software tools that Social Security income is not taxed in Maryland. This will be my last year using this tax program, Turbo Tax here I come

I'm still using your software because I have for about 10 years. In that time my taxes have become a lot easier with lack of dedications and having to take the standard deduction. All the same, the software does less and costs more. Furthermore, buying the software online is problematic - it really seems like it would be easy to publish a man-in-the-middle download that steals info while actually downloading the true install from HR block. I was very concerned by not having a verifiable download site from HR block. I'm sure this is the last time I'll be using your software.

Last year I switched from a competitor software because it ended up making an error that cost me over $5K in taxes I didn't owe. For the last two years I have used H&R Block; simple to load and use, presents all kinds of questions and situations that I may not normally think of, and has always gotten back in refund what was expected.
