Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

i have used H&R Block for many years and have always been very happy with it until this year. i had issues downloading some of my interest and dividend info and the company can not answer why so i had to do it manually. Very disappointed at this point
