For the most part the program is good. The problem I had is they need to give more information with certain questions. The one area I remember is the discussion on the RMA. The question was confusing and the only help was a definition of what an RMA is. No help at all. I had to go to another source to get answers.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

There were somethings that were harder to find especially on the state form. Even with the explanations, it was difficult to make the right choice. Overall, I think I did ok with the forms. I was surprised that I got money from the state but I will have to wait and see if I answered all the questions correctly. I think the federal went well and easier to understand.

Although yours is not a very responsive company, and the software has always been overpriced, it has been valuable to me and covers all the basics.
