My opinion was much higher until you stole my email address from the tax return and sent me this request to review. Your privacy policy and practices suck. Remove my email address from your database, simply unsubscribing is not enough.

I did my wife and I's taxes and it was fast and easy. I clicked on the free version to file my grand daughter's and when I finished, It ended up charging me. Very misleading. No explanation.

I was able to get through my tax return in a couple of ours using the Deluxe version of the app. One thing I would like to see in future versions is a bookmarking feature that would allow me to go back to the interview in places where I needed to research more information. It is kind of clunky to pull up the form then try to figure out what interview question was not completed. Otherwise, the application performed its intended function.
